Sales Manager - Payment Solutions (Field Sales Team)
Base Salary: 50,000-60,000 + Commission/Bonus
Location: London/Essex (or willing to travel regularly)

A fast-growing payment solutions company is seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to lead and develop its expanding field sales team. This is a key leadership role for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong track record of success in the payment solutions or wider fintech sector.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth, optimising team performance, and delivering ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrable experience managing outbound or field-based sales teams, with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire high performance in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing field sales team across London, Essex, and surrounding areas.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that maximise market penetration and revenue.

  • Drive individual and team sales performance, ensuring consistent delivery of targets.

  • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of sales staff.

  • Represent the business at events, meetings, and industry engagements as required.
