A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiatorto join our Independent client based in Leyton E10
Property Sales experience is paramount,andcharisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are also a must for this well established independent Estate agency
As a SalesNegotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range different propertiesand be involved in the whole Property Sales process from generating /carrying out viewings to Negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion.
As a Senior SalesNegotiator you will need to have the ability to build long term business relationships with clients and applicants, be focused and determined in working towardstargets and to be a strong team player.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
- Booking market appraisals
- Effectively marketing properties toBuyers
- Carrying out viewings
- Matching prospective Tenants and buyersto suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
- Maintaining regular contact buyers, vendors clientsother relevant parties to legal move inand completion
- Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process
- Guiding buyers,vendors through thesales process from agreement of thesaleto legal completion
- Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
- excellent administration ability and use of agency softwaresystems
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills
- Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
- Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually
- Experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
This Senior Sales Negotiatorposition is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects.Local experience is not essential.
The hours will be:
Monday to Friday9.00amto 6.00pm
Saturdays 9.00am till 4.00pm with a day off in the week
Salary range will be:
Basic salary to be discussed.
OTE 35,000 - 42.000pa(including Pooled commission). 2400pa car allowance
