The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled AV Technician to provide high-level meeting and event support within a prestigious corporate environment in Central London.
This is a hands-on, front-line role where you'll ensure flawless delivery of live meetings, hybrid events, and video conferences for senior executives. You'll represent a leading AV systems integrator on-site, ensuring world class service, reliability, and professionalism in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support AV systems for meetings, town halls, and live hybrid events, ensuring seamless experiences for all participants.
- Troubleshoot real-time AV issues, applying strong problem-solving skills in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
- Work with Crestron-controlled systems and other enterprise-grade AV technology including Q-SYS, Shure, and Dante.
- Support video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms, and WebEx.
- Collaborate closely with facilities, IT, and event teams, ensuring technical readiness and smooth handovers before every session.
- Maintain, test, and monitor AV hardware and software to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Keep documentation updated and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting corporate AV systems, events, or conference rooms.
- Confident with Crestron operation and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of audio and video signal flow, digital networking, and live event production workflows.
- A composed, professional communicator, able to engage directly with senior stakeholders.
- Passionate about new AV technology and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Reliable, well-presented, and adaptable in a changing, high-demand environment.
