Join our client, a dynamic organisation committed to excellence in service delivery. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the role of Admin/Office Support AVP. This position is pivotal in ensuring compliance and supporting operational efficiency within our organisation.

Role and Responsibilities:
As the Admin/Office Support AVP, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately performing new customer account openings and periodic requests, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and the Pre-Sales Policy.
  • Submitting new applications and conducting annual reviews of Anti-Bribery and Corruption protocols.
  • Maintaining accurate customer data for the department and executing essential housekeeping duties across ISD systems.
  • Assisting with various projects on an ad hoc basis as assigned by the Head of Team.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Strong knowledge and experience of AML & KYC regulations.
  • Understanding of MiFID, EMIR, FATCA, and CRS regulations is desirable.
  • Some knowledge of Project Finance is preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure and adapting to significant changes.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across various roles and seniority levels within EMEA and other regions.
  • Education & Qualifications: ACAMS or equivalent certification is desirable.
