- Claims & Processing: Manage all types of reinsurance claims (premium, pro-rata, Excess of Loss) across various business classes
- Broker Support: Assist with account maintenance, statistics, and retention efforts using electronic tools
- Excess of Loss Claims: Negotiate complex claims, from initial notice through settlement and closure, ensuring timely resolutions and avoiding penalties
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams, understanding and meeting client needs
- Proven experience in processing Binder claims, proportional and Excess of Loss claims
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Open TWINS is a plus
- Strong reinsurance claims knowledge, with experience handling large corporate clients
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with clients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Proficiency in systems like IMR, CLASS, ECF, LORS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
