An excellent opportunity for a client services administrator to join a rapidly growing financial services firm based in Marylebone Road. You will work as part of a highly professional support team that enables portfolio managers to maintain excellent relationship with clients and ensures that the business is able to deliver outstanding services.?

Skills & Requirements??

  • 2 Years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably in Wealth Management
  • Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Awareness of anti-money laundering and know your client/due diligence requirements/enhanced due diligence requirements

?The Role?

  • Handling report requests (valuations, tax pack reports, income & expenses)
  • Looking into erroneous reports (investigate incorrect data & passing to relevant team to correct and checking before confirming to client).
  • Book cost updates.
  • Locating cash that has been sent in by clients.
  • Passing on instructions to closures or payments team.
  • Taking calls and resolving client’s queries.
  • Reviewing and logging tax forms (W8 BEN & W8 BEN E) to client accounts.
  • Passing on dealing instructions to either the dealers, relationship managers or account managers.
  • Dealing with incoming post.
  • Arranging for copies of original documents to be certified and originals sent back to investors.
  • Updating of static data on SalesLogix and Nexus systems.
  • Projects work e.g. KYC update, renewal of W8 forms.
  • Maintaining and providing information to associate companies in relation to Property only accounts.
  • Responsible for designated area of data within teams’ data dashboard.
  • Developing own procedures in a format that is easy to refer to.
