The Graduate Client Onboarding Executive will be responsible for processing new applications and ensuring clients are onboarded efficiently and compliantly into various retail investment funds. Description

The Graduate CLient Onboarding Executive's responsibilities include:

  • Processing client applications and conducting AML/KYC checks

  • Handling inbound queries via email and phone

  • Maintaining CRM systems and updating fund records

  • Liaising daily with internal departments and third parties

  • Preparing and issuing key documentation and client communications

  • Completing audits, quality checks, and escalating issues where necessary

  • Supporting ongoing training and upholding compliance standards

Profile

The ideal Graduate Client Onboarding Executive candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. They will be proactive, eager to learn, and demonstrate an interest in financial services and compliance. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, along with a confident telephone manner.
