Contract Type: Temporary until end of March 26, could be extended. Monday - Friday 36 hours
Working Pattern: Hybrid working 1 day in the office per week
Location: London or Glasgow

Rate hourly: London 14.15/Glasgow 13.00

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Officer to support the Delivery and Schemes audit programme. This role will work closely with contracted auditors to ensure compliance with the social and environmental schemes administered by our client, with a primary focus on the Boiler Upgrade Scheme audit programme. We are looking for a candidate to work in either the London or Glasgow office 1 day per week, the rest of the week will be from home.

Key Outputs and Deliverables:

  • Compiling audit information packs, utilising data analytics software to gather relevant data, ensuring timely delivery to contracted auditors.
  • Reviewing draught audit reports and drafting letters that summarise audit findings.
  • Chasing, collating, and responding to correspondence from audited parties through telephone, email, or letter.
  • Logging and monitoring the progress of audits using internal systems and processes.
  • Maintaining, testing, and updating internal systems and administrative processes as needed.
  • Adhering to KPI deadlines and managing your workload to meet KPI requirements.

  • Ability to evaluate and scrutinise evidence (Lead criteria)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
