- Technical Processing: Manage premium, pro-rata, and Excess of Loss claims, covering treaty reinsurance, binders, and facultative reinsurance
- Client & Broker Support: Build relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams, and maintain accurate account statistics
- Claims Management: Handle complex claims from initial notice to settlement, including negotiating claims related to XOL reinsurance and binders
- IBA Functions: Review Aged Debt reports, arrange settlements, and prepare client statements and payments
- Experience in North American reinsurance claims processing, especially with proportional and Excess of Loss claims
- Familiarity with IBA functions, Salesforce, and Open TWINS is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of systems like IMR, CLASS, ECF, LORS, and Microsoft Office applications
