Job Opportunity:Baker for High-End Bakery and Deli in Central London 138 Notting Hill Gate
Salary:Starts at £13-£14 per hour for non experianced bakers, fixed contract of £30 000 and above if experienced.

What We Are Looking For:We are searching for both experienced inexprianced Bakers who are looking to get started or already on the path of becoming best bakers. Person needs to be passionate, responsible, and reliable.
The ideal candidate will either be person who comes with high desire of learning and experiancing new skills or person who is already experianced and wants to find a place where he will be part of the team which grow and are ambitious about their carrer.
Key Responsibilities:
For experienced:- Enhance and optimize existing recipes to ensure excellence in flavour, texture, and presentation.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency in all baked products.
- Manage the baking process, including timing, temperature control, and ingredient measurements.
- Collaborate with the team to introduce seasonal or special menu items.
- Be reliable and passionate
- Learn and make recipes in efficient time and manner
- Master the craft and become better

Working Hours:
- Starts 4:30 or 5 AM
- Ends until 14:00
- 30 min Lunch break
- Flexible and can changed as long as orders are made on correct times
