We are a successful Artisan Bakery in West Londonthat has been trading for many years.We are looking to recruit an experienced Head Baker to work within and manage our team of 10 bakers. You need to have a minimum of7 yearsof experience with artisan breads and management ofa team.

This job requires:

Experience of running a bread production
Hands on Oven baking
Hands on Shaping & Mixing
Understanding ofthe product / breads to a high level
Salary around £45,000 - £50,000 per year
Managing a team or bakers within the production
Communicate information and any changes to the team
Keep the team motivated and working, checking for quality and thoroughness
Comply with health and safety regulations
Notice if equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
