Salary £40K - £60K plus commission per annum - Commercial Real Estate SaaS (Hybrid working - London)

Are you a consultative closer who thrives in fast-paced, scale-up environments and understands the commercial property market inside out? We’ve been exclusively mandated by a cutting-edge SaaS provider serving the commercial real estate space to help them hire an Account Executive during a key growth phase.

With a 50-person team and £3M ARR in 2024, they’re on track for £4M this year and eyeing £5M+ by 2026. This role has been created due to sustained client demand and the need to build capacity in the commercial sales team.

You’ll own the full sales cycle – from outreach and discovery to negotiation and close – targeting mid-sized developers, investors, landlords and real estate consultants. Supported by a dedicated SDR, you'll work in a high-performing sales pod with shared ownership of pipeline generation and strategic deal activity. The product is already making a major impact in the sector and your role is to continue growing its market presence through strong consultative selling. Expect regular interaction with marketing, onboarding and solutions teams to ensure a frictionless client journey.

We're looking for someone with credibility in the commercial property, construction or tech-for-real-estate space — ideally with a black book of contacts across consultants, architects or developers. You should be confident representing the business at networking events and industry panels, with the ability to listen actively, pitch persuasively, and negotiate with conviction. Prior experience selling SaaS or B2B services into real estate is ideal, but we’re also open to candidates who’ve sold related products like cladding or façade systems. A natural self-starter, you’ll be resilient, outcome-driven and genuinely passionate about building relationships.

They operate a flexible hybrid model with a Central London HQ near Green Park, as well as a Gatwick office, and regular team socials. The basic salary is £40K–£60K with uncapped commission and double OTE firmly within reach.
