The Role: Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients and play a key role in ensuring they receive maximum value from their subscription. You’ll focus on retention, relationship-building, and engagement, helping clients understand the value of the platform and ensuring high renewal rates.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of subscription accounts
  • Driving engagement and usage of the platform
  • Acting as the key point of contact for client support
  • Leading renewal conversations and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Delivering presentations and onboarding sessions for clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support client needs

About You

We're open to candidates from various backgrounds — whether you’re already in Customer Success or Account Management, or looking to transition from a Business Development or SDR role.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a commercial sales role (SDR/BDR)
  • A proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A willingness to learn about politics and current affairs
  • Experience in SaaS, business intelligence, subscriptions, or business information (preferred)
