Head of Corporate Sales Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating revenue and driving the business growtth
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to surpass performance objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create integrated campaigns that connect with our audience.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Drive negotiations for high-value contracts to secure favourable terms for the company.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation andclosing, being quick to identify opportunities for improvement and development.
- Mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve peak performance and professionalgrowth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities and emerging markets.
Desired qualifications & skills:
- A minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in the events, hospitality or catering industry
- Experiience of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Exceptional leadership skills capable of inspiring a diverse team to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills would be essential in this rolewith the ability to think strategically and analytically and proficiency in CRM software andMicrosoft Office Suite.
