What You'll Do:

Distributor Management & Business Growth:

  • Lead distributor relationships with a clear focus on accountability, market expansion, and performance improvement.
  • Identify, appoint, and onboard high-performing distribution partners across key territories.
  • Motivate distributors to exceed sales targets while maintaining strong in-market execution and stock control.

FMCG Marketing & Brand Execution:

  • Develop annual marketing calendars with distribution partners and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
  • Oversee NPD launches, trade marketing initiatives, and promotional activity across markets.
  • Collaborate with brand and commercial teams to ensure consistent consumer messaging.

Commercial & Financial Oversight:

  • Manage Customer P&Ls and provide accurate forecasting and profit analysis.
  • Track distributor profitability and support pricing strategies across markets.
  • Allocate and monitor marketing budgets with full transparency and ROI awareness.

Operations & Forecasting:

  • Coordinate closely with Export Customer Service to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Input accurate monthly demand forecasts and track delivery performance.

Who You Are:

  • FMCG experience is highly preferred, particularly in managing distributor-led markets internationally.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of growing accounts and entering new markets.
  • Able to influence and challenge distributors while nurturing strong relationships.
  • A proactive self-starter with a collaborative mindset and high cultural awareness.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
