Due to continued success and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking for a talented and driven Sales Director to lead the high-performing sales team.
The Role:
As Sales Director, you will take full ownership of the residential sales function, driving revenue growth, leading and mentoring a motivated team, and playing a key strategic role in the ongoing success of the agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader with a strong sales background and a passion for property to make a real impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential sales team.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive instructions, sales, and market share.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, development, and performance management.
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds goals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a first-class customer experience.
- Conduct property valuations and appraisals where required.
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the lettings and property management departments to ensure cross-functional success.
- Represent the agency at local networking events and within the community.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in estate agency sales, ideally at a management or senior leadership level.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of the Tooting/South West London property market is highly desirable.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
