Full-Time Barista - London Location
Be the face of a vibrant workplace community.

My cli isent looking for a full-time Barista to join one of our dynamic London-based locations. This is more than a coffee role - it's an opportunity to be part of a workplace where hospitality, community, and positive experiences come together.

If you're passionate about uplifting people's daily routines, understand how small details can shape someone's day, and thrive in vibrant, people-focused environments, then we want to hear from you. Prior experience in hospitality is great, but not essential - attitude and drive matter more.

What's in it for you?
You'll gain invaluable experience in a supportive setting, with real pathways to grow your career in hospitality and operations. You'll be equipped with the tools and guidance to thrive in a role that can lead to exciting future opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the heartbeat of the building: You'll manage a purpose-built caf space, becoming the friendly face that welcomes members and guests each day.

  • Craft exceptional coffee: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee using professional equipment (La Marzocco Linea PB & Mahlknig grinders). Share your knowledge about brewing techniques and our offerings with confidence and clarity.

  • Maintain high standards: Keep the barista station and caf area impeccably clean, organised, and compliant with all food safety regulations.

  • Manage inventory: Track and replenish stock levels to ensure seamless caf operations.

  • Build community: Get to know our members - who they are, what they do - and help foster connections across the space.

If you love creating great coffee and even better experiences, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled. Interviews will take place throughout this period, therefore we encourage you to apply early to avoid disappointment.
