Accounts Administrator - £30,000 to £32,000 | Office-Based | South East London | 12-Month FTC (with potential to go permanent)

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant or Administrator looking to join a friendly and supportive team in a stable and well-established organisation?

We’re working exclusively with a highly reputable property-focused estate based in South East London to find a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to support the finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to be extended or made permanent.

Location: South-East London, Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pmSalary: £30,000-£32,000 depending on experienceStart Date: ASAP - immediate start available for the right person

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and amend tenant and supplier account details using Qube (property management software)

  • Administer supplier onboarding and contract recharges, including journal entries and invoicing

  • Reconcile company credit cards and handle queries relating to tollgate accounts

  • Respond to customer enquiries both by phone and face-to-face at the office

  • Maintain departmental calendars and support insurance claim administration

  • Monitor the purchase ledger inbox and support with invoice queries

  • Assist in registering and reconciling invoices and chasing suppliers or internal teams as needed

  • Support with generating demand letters, recharges, and ad hoc finance/admin tasks

About You:

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within an accounts or finance team

  • Familiarity with accounting systems - Qube experience is a bonus, but not essential

  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Able to work full-time from the office in South East London
