Accounts Payable Administrator | Temp - 3 months | London City

Tay Associates have partnered with a financial service institution who are on the look out for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join them on a 3 month temporary assignment. Your aim in this role is to be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the relevant business areas. Day-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures and report preparation. You are expected to own tasks and have the relevant technical skills/knowledge to their respective job.

Required Knowledge and Level of Experience:

  • Experience of purchase ledger procedures (including purchase requisitions and purchase orders)
  • Intermediate-to-advanced MS Excel skills (including pivot tables and formulae), competent using MS Word
  • Proactive, innovative, enthusiastic team player who can support a team and also work autonomously when needed.
  • Ability to extract, manipulate and interpret data
  • Accounting qualification is highly preferred or currently undergoing studies.
