Your new companyYou will work for a fast-growing luxury international fashion brand with stunning offices located in East London.Your new roleThis is a sole charge Accounts Payable job in which you will undertake end-to-end responsibilities related to AP including (but not limited to):

  • Processing and coding circa 100 supplier invoices per day, paying particular attention to ensuring the correct tax application for foreign currency invoices
  • Preparation and execution of nine weekly payment runs, in multiple currencies (GBP, EUR, USD)
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
  • Investigation and resolution of supplier queries
  • Assisting with month-end close
  • Management of aged payables
  • Working closely with other internal teams to improve invoice processing timelines and efficiencies
  • Providing support for internal and external audits
  • Ongoing process improvement/streamlining

What you'll need to succeed

  • The successful candidate will evidence recent, relevant experience working in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role (ideally within a sole charge capacity).
  • Relevant industry experience within the Retail/FMCG sector is essential.
  • French language skills are highly desirable.
  • Multi-currency experience highly advantageous
  • Previous experience and desire to be involved in ongoing process streamlining in order to improve efficiencies
