Your new companyYou will work for a fast-growing luxury international fashion brand with stunning offices located in East London.Your new roleThis is a sole charge Accounts Payable job in which you will undertake end-to-end responsibilities related to AP including (but not limited to):
- Processing and coding circa 100 supplier invoices per day, paying particular attention to ensuring the correct tax application for foreign currency invoices
- Preparation and execution of nine weekly payment runs, in multiple currencies (GBP, EUR, USD)
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Investigation and resolution of supplier queries
- Assisting with month-end close
- Management of aged payables
- Working closely with other internal teams to improve invoice processing timelines and efficiencies
- Providing support for internal and external audits
- Ongoing process improvement/streamlining
What you'll need to succeed
- The successful candidate will evidence recent, relevant experience working in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role (ideally within a sole charge capacity).
- Relevant industry experience within the Retail/FMCG sector is essential.
- French language skills are highly desirable.
- Multi-currency experience highly advantageous
- Previous experience and desire to be involved in ongoing process streamlining in order to improve efficiencies
