The OpportunityAs the Finance Administrator, you will be at the heart of financial operations, supporting a diverse portfolio of projects. From supplier payments to maintaining financial records and liaising with external accountants, your role will be pivotal in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all administrative finance tasks.
Key Responsibilities-
Process and upload invoices to QBO via dedicated email accounts

Prepare and process supplier payments, ensuring Director authorisation

Upload invoices to AutoEntry to integrate with accounting software

Make bank payments from the correct accounts and manage fund transfers

Maintain and update Excel-based deal ledgers and profit/loss summaries

Submit dormant company accounts and confirmation statements

Ensure accurate filing of sale/purchase completion statements

Provide daily AM/PM bank balance summaries to the Director

Liaise with external accountants to support financial reporting and submissions

Notify accountants of new company incorporations and keep internal records updated

Produce ad hoc reports for the Director related to land and property transactions

Access QBO to generate creditor reports and reconcile discrepancies

Manage credit control for rental income across various properties

Handle general administrative duties, including correspondence, filing, and printing

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry capabilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; confident handling spreadsheets

Highly organised and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information

Calm under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Comfortable interacting with senior management, suppliers, and external stakeholders

Experience using QBO is desirable (training can be provided)
