Robertson Bell is pleased to be working with a fantastic organisation in their search for an Interim Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on an initial three-month contract, with potential for the role to become permanent. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who’s committed to delivering high-quality results and is able to commute to the North London office two days a week.

The role:

  • Processing a high volume of manual invoices with speed and accuracy
  • Handling supplier queries and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Conducting regular supplier account reconciliations
  • Managing staff expenses in line with internal policies
  • Supporting the wider finance team to meet tight monthly deadlines

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of two years’ experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within a busy finance environment
  • Be immediately available and confident hitting the ground running
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Experience with the Integra system is highly desirable, but not essential
