Robertson Bell is pleased to be working with a fantastic organisation in their search for an Interim Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on an initial three-month contract, with potential for the role to become permanent. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who’s committed to delivering high-quality results and is able to commute to the North London office two days a week.
The role:
- Processing a high volume of manual invoices with speed and accuracy
- Handling supplier queries and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
- Conducting regular supplier account reconciliations
- Managing staff expenses in line with internal policies
- Supporting the wider finance team to meet tight monthly deadlines
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within a busy finance environment
- Be immediately available and confident hitting the ground running
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience with the Integra system is highly desirable, but not essential
