We are looking for an Invoice Administrator to join a global sports brand based in their central London office. This is a 5 days week full time office-based position. Hybrid working is not offered.
The Role
As the Invoice Administrator you will support the uploading and monitoring of invoices for key accounts, including retailers and digital customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data uploads via customer portals, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the smooth and efficient running of invoicing operations.
You will also use Excel to track, manage, and report on invoice statuses, and share regular updates with relevant stakeholders.
Skills and Experience requirements
The right candidate will hold a degree and have experience in a similar administrative or operations-based role. Ideally, you should be familiar with portals and be experienced in invoice processing
Highly proficient in Excel, and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues on invoicing and portals.
