Legal Cashier - London
Seeking a Legal Cashier for a 6-month fixed term contract within an international law firm. The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring accounts and help inboxes, ensuring all emails are correctly allocated to internal teams and any queries and escalations are handled correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the firms accounts help inboxes
- Ensuring all emails are correctly allocated to internal teams
- Ensuring queries and escalations are handled correctly and in a timely manner
- Various administrative tasks such as internal housekeeping
- Reviewing remittances
- Putting invoices on to the company's internal system
- Assisting the Legal Cashier's in ensuring all cash receipts received are processed accurately
