Purchase Ledger Clerk
Professional office in London are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Accounts department.
DUTIES
Must be a good team worker with strong communication skills and able to maintain bookkeeping records with Purchase Ledger, ability to be organised, prioritise tasks is essential. Sage Line 50 accounting experience will be essential, and Excel skills are beneficial.
Main responsibilities:
Dealing with purchase ledger bookkeeping. Management of the Accounts Payable Inbox. Processing Weekly Purchase Invoices and Payments, Petty Cash & Credit Card Reconciliations, Ad hoc Duties including Sales Ledger and Bank Reconciliations
Working hours are flexi Monday-Friday in the office.
