TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected monitoring and geotechnical specialist, who are looking to appoint a Senior Surveyor to join their growing operations team. This is a permanent role working on a major infrastructure project based in West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong surveying experience-particularly in monitoring and instrumentation-to take on a varied and rewarding role supporting high-profile infrastructure delivery.

The Role
As a Senior Surveyor, you'll be responsible for the supply and installation of survey instrumentation, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring timely, accurate data delivery to clients. This role offers a great mix of technical site work, client engagement, and reporting, as well as an opportunity to lead junior team members and influence the operational delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting, processing, and interpreting monitoring survey data
  • Drafting using AutoCAD and selecting appropriate survey methodologies
  • Managing site operations with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Liaising with clients, attending data meetings, and presenting findings
  • Producing method statements, risk assessments, and installation reports
  • Supporting project managers and mentoring junior staff

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or similar
  • Strong technical background in monitoring or instrumentation is ideal
  • Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, StarNet, Leica GeoMos, and MySQL
  • High-level Excel and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication, fault-finding, and presentation skills
  • CSCS card required

Desirable

  • Previous experience in monitoring or geotechnical instrumentation
  • Familiarity with contract conditions and commercial awareness
  • Highly organised, self-sufficient, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
