- Conduct innovative research and development in polymer chemistry, focusing on next-generation biodegradable plastics.
- Work with and maintain laboratory equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Collaborate with a global team to design, execute, and analyse experiments.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to complex polymer science challenges.
- PhD in Polymer Chemistry (post-PhD experience beneficial).
- Strong knowledge of polymer science; polyolefin expertise is highly advantageous.
- Practical experience with laboratory equipment maintenance and repair is a huge plus.
- Exceptional scientific and analytical skills with a proven ability to work independently.
