Role Summary
Mosaic Clubhouse is a special place in the heart of Brixton. As a charity we exist to help people with mental health issues in Lambeth fulfil individual and collective potential. We are unique in that Clubhouse members actively participate in decision-making and in all operational and administrative functions of the Clubhouse.
Members help each other to thrive. You’ll be part of the clubhouse community, working side by side with people who have mental health issues, as part of your typical working day.
Purpose of the Role
To lead and manage the Café and Gardens Unit, overseeing the daily operations of the Mosaic Clubhouse café, event catering, and caretaking/gardening responsibilities. The role promotes member engagement, skill development, and recovery through meaningful work, following the internationally recognised Clubhouse Model.
Salary: £35,185 per annum, full-time. Location Mosaic Clubhouse, 65 Effra Road, London SW2 1BZ
Reporting to the Programme Manager
