The Clinical Nurse Specialist will:
- Lead and coordinate the new Apheresis Unit, including autologous stem cell harvesting and plasma exchange.
- Oversee stem cell transplants and prepare for future therapies like CAR-T and allogeneic transplantation.
- Collaborate with the apheresis clinical lead and multidisciplinary team to ensure regulatory compliance and service excellence.
- Provide hands-on patient care and clinical leadership.
- Train clinical colleagues and lead service development.

The ideal Clinical Nurse Specialist will have:
- NMC Registration.
- Significant experience in haematology, oncology, or stem cell transplant coordination.
- Post-registration education/qualification relevant to the specialty.
- Advanced knowledge of apheresis procedures and stem cell harvesting.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Ability to lead service development and train clinical colleagues.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
