Produce accurate 2D and 3D MEP drawings and coordinated Revit models in line with project requirements.
Support the design team in BIM Level 2 and 3 project delivery.
Assist with clash detection using Navisworks or similar software and resolve coordination issues in collaboration with design teams.
Maintain Revit families and templates in line with company BIM standards.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure fully integrated designs.
Prepare and submit drawings and models for technical approvals and construction packages.
Follow company QA procedures and contribute to continuous improvement in BIM processes.
Update models based on red-line markups and field as-builts as needed.
Attend coordination and BIM review meetings, providing technical input as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP.
Solid understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection).
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar MEP Revit Technician role.
Experience working on BIM Level 2 projects.
Knowledge of British Standards and construction industry protocols.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
