Attention all Revit MEP Technicians!

We are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Technician to join a well-established construction engineering company in a contract position. You will be required to work from either of our client's offices in London, Birmingham or Manchester, on a Hybrid basis. This is a great opportunity to work on a large Data Centre project, with an experienced and motivating team.

-Competitive hourly rate ranging from 40-43 (depending on experience).

-Hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain intelligent Revit MEP content (families, templates, etc.).

-Assist in testing and validating Revit-based software tools.

-Collaborate with developers to optimise user workflows and usability.

-Provide technical insight on MEP standards, modelling techniques, and best practices.

-Participate in QA processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.

What we are looking for:

-Must have prior experience using Revit and AutoCAD in a professional environment.

-Experience working on Data Centre projects is ideal.

-MEP knowledge is desirable.

-Familiarity with industry standards and BIM coordination processes.

-Ability to create and manage parametric families in Revit.

-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
