Business Development Manager – Out of Home (London)

With listings already secured in premium retailers and a loyal community of health-conscious consumers, the business is now looking to accelerate its growth across the Out of Home channel.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving volume and visibility across London’s vibrant Out of Home scene. From premium retailers like Whole Foods and Planet Organic through to independent cafés, delis and fitness venues, you’ll be the face of the brand – building strong relationships, winning new business, and ensuring best-in-class execution in every account.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business development across Whole Foods, Planet Organic and independent London venues.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with buyers, wholesalers and decision-makers.
- Deliver volume growth and brand visibility through proactive account management and activation.
- Identify and convert opportunities within cafés, delis, fitness studios and other premium OOH outlets.
- Partner with marketing and field sales to maximise brand presence across the capital.
About You
- Proven experience in business development, ideally within premium drinks or health-led FMCG.
- Strong track record of winning and growing accounts in the Out of Home channel.
- Entrepreneurial, driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced challenger brand environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Based in London with a strong network in the independent retail and OOH space.
