Description

  • Administer payroll processes for Ireland and assist with UK payroll, ensuring timely submissions to relevant tax authorities.
  • Coordinate pension and benefits payments, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines and accurate cost allocations.
  • Act as the liaison for employee benefit queries, working closely with external providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee quarterly salary deferrals and benefit cost allocations across business units.
  • Ensure prompt monthly tax payments and manage year-end reporting including P11Ds, Class 1A NICs, PAYE Settlement Agreements, and Short-Term Business Visitor disclosures.
  • Reconcile and process expatriate-related taxable benefits through payroll.
  • Contribute to HR operations and support finance-related HR activities.

Profile

  • Proven experience in payroll and HR operations, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong working knowledge of Irish and UK payroll systems; experience in APAC jurisdictions is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and reporting tools for generating management insights.
