Bookkeeper | SME Retailer | £40,000-£45,000 + bonus | West London (2 days per week in the office) | Permanent role

JasperRose is partnering with an award-winning luxury retail brand, who is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their finance team of 5+, based in their West London Headquarters (1/2 days per week in the office). This staple British brand has exciting projects which will help accelerate their next period of growth.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will own the accounts’ payable and receivable function of the role including month-end, forecasting, and balance sheet reconciliation duties. This role would give the opportunity to assist with a new system implementation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of creditors and debtors including invoice processing (stock & non-stock), matching PO’s to invoices, handling supplier queries and statement reconciliations
  • Support with cashflow forecasting
  • Manage payment runs and bank balances in multicurrency
  • Month end duties including balance sheet reconciliation
  • Managing expenses and credit card statement reconciliations
  • Supporting with ad-hoc projects including system implementations
  • Supporting with audit
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the entire global business

Skill set required

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience within finance and will have previously worked in a stock focused environment. You must have strong accounts payable and receivable experience including experience matching invoices to PO’s.
