BettingJobs is working with a well-established and highly successful B2C iGaming brand with offices in London, Cyprus and Latin America as they seek to hire a Brand & Marcomms Executive to join their team in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand & Communications Lead in evolving and executing brand strategy across all markets.
  • Review global creative work for alignment with brand guidelines, positioning, and messaging.
  • Provide cover during busy periods and team absences, including reviewing and approving marketing communications.
  • Ensure consistency with brand pillars in all communications and creative assets.
  • Collaborate with Country Managers to adapt messaging for local markets while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Track messaging across markets monthly, using brand tracker insights to guide adjustments.
  • Assist with market research, including brand tracking and customer/internal surveys.
  • Act as the day-to-day brand contact, promoting understanding of brand values internally.
  • Manage talent and music usage across markets, ensuring proper licensing.
  • Work with creative and copy teams to update brand and tone of voice guidelines.
  • Help deliver brand workshops to reinforce brand values and standards.
  • Lead bi-annual competitor reviews and support strategic refinement with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with product team on brand partnerships.
  • Support Country Managers in executing brand activations, sponsorships, and events.
  • Benchmark competitor activity monthly to support brand strategy development.
  • Assist in reviewing brand campaign performance through trackers and bespoke research.
  • Analyse market trends that may impact offline marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in global brand marketing, ensuring consistent communication aligned with brand strategy.
  • Experience developing creative across digital (e.g. Search, Display, Onsite) and ATL (TV, Radio, OOH) channels.
  • Solid grasp of brand management and marketing strategy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to update cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent multitasking, project management, and deadline-driven mindset.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in quality control and brand guideline adherence.
  • Proven campaign experience across multiple channels and markets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with market research methods to inform decisions.
  • Passion for gaming and entertainment; awareness of audience trends.
  • iGaming experience is a plus, not essential.
