Salary per annum £35K - £40K plus commission - hybrid working - 3 days in London HQ

Do you have the resilience, energy, and strategic thinking to break into enterprise accounts and engage CFOs across the UK and Europe?

A fast-growing fintech with patented automation technology is looking for an ambitious Enterprise SDR - Fintech Solutions, to drive new business activity and fuel their UK expansion.

Backed by major banks and venture investors, this company is redefining how VAT reclaim and invoice compliance are managed across global markets. With demand growing and product interest at an all-time high, they’re ready to grow their high-performing sales team.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers at enterprise and mid-sized organisations, generating pipeline for two flagship solutions: a market-first automated VAT reclaim platform and a cutting-edge invoice compliance service.

Using phone, email, LinkedIn and other creative outbound strategies, you’ll open doors and book qualified meetings with finance leaders. Success in this role will directly contribute to the company’s market penetration and revenue growth in the UK and Europe. You’ll work closely with the wider sales and partnerships team, and be supported by brilliant tech, marketing insights, and a dynamic sales culture.

We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to generate opportunity. You might have experience in fintech, SaaS, or business services sales — but what matters most is your ability to open conversations, manage outreach workflows through Salesforce, and maintain a consultative and persistent approach.

You’ll be comfortable prospecting into CFOs and senior stakeholders, and ideally have 1+ years’ commercial experience. Fluency in an additional European language (especially German or French) is a bonus but not essential.In return, you’ll join a purpose-driven, collaborative business with clear growth plans and a supportive leadership team.

You’ll benefit from hybrid working (3 days a week in London), structured development and career progression, and a base salary of £35K-£40K with uncapped commission (£20K+ realistic OTE).
