The Role
In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies designed to attract, nurture, and convert leads. You’ll collaborate across sales, content, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with wider business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and other lead capture tools to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content teams to produce compelling blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, conversion, ROI) to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity to refine marketing approaches.
About You
You’re both strategic and hands-on, comfortable blending creativity with analytics to deliver results.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong written communication skills and an ability to craft persuasive messaging.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and understanding of SEO and PPC.
