My client is a lovely company, very innovative, driven and honest people and they are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their team. This role will offer lots of progression and development for the right person.
Duties: • Researching prospects, generating and updating prospect lists • Building the sales funnel with a high-level of outbound activity• Conducting outbound calls, emails and social outreach to both warm and cold leads• Qualifying leads• Building trust and rapport with prospects then scheduling meetings for senior BDMs to attend• Identifying and developing key decision-makers relationships • Seeking opportunities to upsell • Working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies• Maintaining detailed records on company CRM• Achieving set KPIs on call activity, pipeline development and meetings booked• Staying updated on industry trends• Staying updated with company products and competitor offerings• Handling customer data responsibly and ensuring GDPR compliance
