Rubicon Recruitment is working with a leading financial software company, supporting their search for an ambitious Sales Development Representative.
This rapidly growing organisation specialises in cutting-edge solutions designed to help financial institutions combat financial crime. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving new business by identifying and engaging high-value prospects and contributing to the company’s continued success.
This is a hybrid role, with two days per week in the company’s London office. However, for the right candidate, remote working options may be considered.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging high-value prospects within financial institutions.
- Developing outbound strategies to initiate conversations and create opportunities.
- Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders through consultative sales approaches.
- Managing and nurturing leads, ensuring strong pipeline development.
- Collaborating with marketing and senior sales colleagues to refine outreach and conversion strategies.
