About the Role

As they expand their reach and evolve their offerings, our client is looking for talented individuals who are excited to contribute to a high-integrity, purpose-led environment where innovation and personal growth are encouraged. As part of the sales team, you will be joining as a future leader of the company, growing with them into new roles and opportunities both locally and internationally.

Responsible for attracting new clients to the platform through pipeline creation and development, day to day you will be:

  • Proactively prospecting business leaders and engaging leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify leads.
  • Working closely with the AEs to schedule meetings and demos.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Consistently exceeding activity and pipeline generation targets.

About You

The ideal candidates will be curious, collaborative and value transparency. With a genuine hunger for success, and the proactiveness to be independent, you will demonstrate a growth mindset and the passion to grow your sales career.

Whilst previous sales experience isn't essential, a demonstration of where you have participated and contributed to a competitive, collaborative team environment is highly advantageous.

Energy, ambition and a goal driven mentality will play a key part to you achieving success in this SDR role.

Strong communication, both verbal and written, along with the ability to learn and articulate business value of complex enterprise technology is a necessity.
