Senior Account Manager (Organic Social) 6 Month FTC

Overview:We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team in London on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension or a permanent position. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing and growing key client accounts. Your main focus will be on blending strategic and creative thinking with exceptional organisational skills to deliver solutions that meet, and often exceed, client expectations. Y

Day to day activity includes:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, ensuring their needs are understood and consistently met or exceeded.- Keep clients well-informed with timely reporting, and maintain accessible records for the team's reference.

- Lead the ideation and development of innovative and creative ideas for client campaigns.- Collaborate closely with Creative and Engagement Strategy Directors to enhance the strategic offerings at 1000heads.- Take ownership of insights and monitoring projects, ensuring they align seamlessly with creative and strategic developments.

- Lead a team in delivering effective social media strategies across various clients and projects.- Assist in the creation of project briefs and work collaboratively with the wider team to develop and present campaign ideas and strategies.- Monitor client markets to stay ahead of trends, competitive activity, and emerging market issues.

- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.- Prepare accurate cost estimates, securing client approval before any work commences.- Ensure all billing is completed punctually and that all client expenditures are pre-approved, particularly any unforeseen costs.

- Oversee the quality of final deliverables for your projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and standards.- Work closely with Account Directors and Creative Directors, ensuring all briefs are signed off and attending key project meetings as necessary.

Requirements:

- Solid experience in account handling, creative development, or client-facing project management, particularly in delivering digital and social campaigns.- Experience in managing cross-market campaign activations.- Proven line management experience with the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Skills:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to manage client relationships effectively while delivering high-quality projects.- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyse and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, discretion, and maturity.- A deep understanding of social media and its impact on brand development.- Superior organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail even when under pressure.- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
