Our client, a well-established and respected name in the food production industry, is looking to expand their production team at their facility in Canning Town. We are currently recruiting permanent Production Operatives to join their operation on a full-time basis.

The Role:
As a Production Operative, you'll be working on a busy production line, supporting the manufacturing process of high-quality food products. You'll need to be reliable, flexible, and comfortable with a rotating shift pattern.
Key Details:
- Salary: 33,338 per year
- Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts covering days, nights, and weekends
- Frequency: Up to 17 shifts per month
- Type: Permanent role directly with our client
Responsibilities Include:
- Operating and monitoring production line machinery
- Ensuring product quality meets company and industry standards
- Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene protocols
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Eligibility to work in the UK
