The Role
Working closely with a Senior Director/Director, you will take ownership of your own client portfolio from day one. Our clients include overseas investors, UK institutions, and major property companies. You will also support the wider property management function, collaborating with Facilities Managers, Client Finance teams, and internal departments across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial properties and lead client relationships

Provide high-quality property management services and strategic advice

Oversee lease and tenancy schedules, L&T matters and occupier applications

Liaise daily with clients, tenants and solicitors

Attend tenant and client meetings

Monitor service charge expenditure and support in preparing annual budgets

Approve reconciliations, rent reports and financial documentation

Manage arrears recovery, invoicing and financial processes

Complete due diligence on acquisitions and disposals

Lead and support team members as part of the management structure

Collaborate closely with FM teams, building managers and the wider business
About You

Degree-qualified
-
MRICS (desired not essential)
-
Strong experience within commercial property management, ideally office sector

Confident managing lease events, rent reviews and expiries

Excellent landlord & tenant knowledge

Financially competent with experience in service charges, arrears and statements of account

Experience managing staff and working collaboratively as part of a wider team

Client-focused, organised and able to work independently with accountability
