Our Client are currently looking for an experienced Building Manager to work at a luxury office building in Eastern Central London.

Working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Salary is £30,000 - £35,000 annually.

Duties include:

  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants and visitors within the building interior and exterior
  • Meeting and greeting tenants and guests
  • Telephone and email enquiries
  • Conducting inspections of the building interior and external grounds for signs of damage or wear and preparing reports.
  • Parcel/delivery management
  • CCTV monitoring, ensuring you are always vigilant
  • Key management
  • Overseeing the Cleaners to ensure they are performing efficiently
  • Keeping the Front of House area clean/presentable
  • Check in and out contractors from site
  • Manage the Building Manager email inbox, addressing routine enquires and when necessary, liaising with the Property Manager on matters that require their input and attention.
  • Report any faults to management

  • Assisting with tenant requests and enquiries

Required Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills e.g. report and letter writing.
  • Detail orientated with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
