Responsibilities:

  • Assist with residents queries in a polite manner and escalate to PM where appropriate
  • Store post/ packages in the office for residents to collect
  • Assist operatives working on site, instructed by PM
  • Report any maintenance issues to PM
  • Sweep and litter pick main pavement, car park and courtyard
  • Tidy bin area & bins
  • Keep cardboard store tidy
  • Communal cleaning to building 1
  • Communal cleaning to building 3
  • Check on & water all plants
  • Weed planters
  • Visual Inspection of Fire Extinguishers, Fire Doors and Fire Alarms
  • Sweep & litter pick pathways to the dock and restaurant
  • Weed all pathways & car park
  • Weed and place mulch around base of trees
  • Sweep pathways/ walkways/ stairs to building 2
  • Sweep pathways/ walkways/ stairs to building 3
  • Sweep and clean roof terrace of building 1
  • Sweep and clean roof terrace of building 2
  • Check all bulbs on site and replace as needed
  • Dust and clean all railings
  • Cleaning of the Lift internally
  • Cleaning of Porters office

Bi - Weekly

  • Clean and disinfect bins
  • Sweep and tidy electrical cupboards

Monthly

  • Jet wash steps, car park and bin stores
  • Take meter readings (Electrical & Water) for Landlord supply and provide to PM

Ad Hoc

  • Re-decoration of any external planters
  • Redecoration of any external areas that do not require Health & Safety equipment
  • Internal decoration of accessible areas.
