We're looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join a busy and friendly estate services team on a temporary, full-time basis. This role is key to helping residents enjoy safe, clean, and welcoming communal spaces.

What You'll Be Doing:

Cleaning and maintaining communal areas in residential blocks and estates.
Performing minor repairs (e.g., locks, doors, noticeboards).
Supporting fire safety through regular inspections and bulk waste removal.
Providing great customer service by interacting with residents and contractors.
Following health and safety procedures, using mobile systems to log tasks and complete training.

About You:

You'll be someone who:

Can work independently and as part of a team.
Takes pride in practical work and can use hand tools confidently.
Is a good communicator and eager to learn.
Is aware of or willing to learn about safe working practices.
Has basic IT skills or is willing to learn as part of the role.

Experience in cleaning, DIY, gardening, or a trade is helpful but not essential - full training is provided for the right candidate.
