We're looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join a busy and friendly estate services team on a temporary, full-time basis. This role is key to helping residents enjoy safe, clean, and welcoming communal spaces.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Cleaning and maintaining communal areas in residential blocks and estates.

  • Performing minor repairs (e.g., locks, doors, noticeboards).

  • Supporting fire safety through regular inspections and bulk waste removal.

  • Providing great customer service by interacting with residents and contractors.

  • Following health and safety procedures, using mobile systems to log tasks and complete training.

About You:

You'll be someone who:

  • Can work independently and as part of a team.

  • Takes pride in practical work and can use hand tools confidently.

  • Is a good communicator and eager to learn.

  • Is aware of or willing to learn about safe working practices.

  • Has basic IT skills or is willing to learn as part of the role.

Experience in cleaning, DIY, gardening, or a trade is helpful but not essential - full training is provided for the right candidate.
