We are currently seeking a Caretaker for a position in East or North London, based on proximity.
The role requires working Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm on a temporary ongoing contract.
The pay rate is £13.58 per hour PAYE or £17.02 per hour umbrella.
The job involves collaborating with the Resident Services Teams to maintain estates to a high standard and serve as a point of contact for residents.

Monday - Friday

08:00am - 16:00pm

TempContract - Ongoing

Pay rate - 13.58ph paye or 17.02ph umbrella

Job Purpose

To work with the Resident Services Teams and residents to ensure that estates are maintained to a high standard and kept in a clean condition.
To provide a local, visible and accessible point of contact with the tenants and residents, providing a timely response to issues and problems that arise
