Are you an experienced Caretaker looking for a new opportunity in South West London? We are currently seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join a Housing Association during a period of growth. If you have a proven track record of maintaining and cleaning communal areas and thrive in a challenging environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean communal areas to a high standard
- Service communal gardens and other common areas as instructed
- Provide efficient and effective caretaking and gardening services
- Carry out minor repairs and report any issues promptly
- Ensure all communal areas are free from litter and graffiti
- Interact professionally with tenants, external agencies, and organizations
